The Bayliss Design Team has designed one of the most lovely 'BIRTHDAY PIECES' you can find photos on the BLENKO Company website and also on the Blog.
The designer/ artist pictured above describes the vase as a salute to West Virginia's blue skies and winding rivers. Two upward reaching clover spirals wrap around a sky form reminiscent of rounded hills and mountains in a gesture of freedom and joy.
2007 is a great year to START A NEW ' BIRTHDAY COLLECTION ' - Start with 2007 and go forth. If you later decide to look for the others (80-2006 ) that's OK but you need not.

I hope to see you all at the Blenko Visitors Center- look for the advertisement in the newspaper for times and date - but know you need to be there a couple hours before the announced opening time - - the line is usually long!

Unfortunately, I have an extremely busy schedule which does not allow me much leeway in terms to taking a few hours off. I wish i could start one this yr but i cant :-(

Perhas you could ask a friend or co worker to stand in line 4 or 5 hours for you - This item is
spectacular! A great way to start
a BLENKO collection or/& it would make a wonderful gift.
