the President of Blenko Glass was available to sign glass purchases - the sign said he'd take an hour break - - well Mr. Blenko started signing before 11am and when I left at 2pm the line was very long and Mr. Richard had not stopped. Mr. Blenko made certain each persons glass was signed and he answered their questions, before they moved on.
