He was gracious and generous as you mentioned. It was fun. I will plan future visit and take friends.

cut outs they sold in the early 90s.
Are there limits on your Send in Tree photos?
If not I'll send mine.

We bought Holiday gifts most all at Blenko this year. I will later let you know if it was successful.

Happy Holidays! I have just seen a Lamp by Blenko and wonder do you have to find these items at auction or can you go to Milton to buy a lamp?

ReplyDeleteThe combination is very old and you can certainly find great BLENKO lamps at auction.
NEW BLENKO LAMPS are offered at the Gift shop most all the time. BLENKO will make a lamp for you - if you ask - RODNEY WADE 304 743 9081 ... my folks have presented me with 4 lamps in the last 6 years all made just for me by BLENKO - the added cost is miminal.
If this doesn't work for you take your BLENKO to
LAMP n SHADE in So Charleston and they will make it (or most anything) into a marvelous lamp.

I loved getting the Blenko circular in with the newspaper; what a great idea! The "Pink Ice" collection is beautiful as is the new "Dreamcicle!" Will just have to see it in person.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for the Blenko blocks to go on sale online: what a beautiful idea. And they would be a good thing for safety as well as beauty to put in windows.
Would it be possible for you for blenko to have pictures of the items they have available that can be used for holiday decorating?

I will ask Blenko Collectors for photos.
My schedule isn't going to allow for 'Holiday Decorating' this year.
Many Blenko Collectors do use their BLENKO daily and special pieces on Holidays.
I'll re post the XMAS Card made by Karin and Tim Alonzo of Texas from last year ( a work of art )they used 2 very rare Blenko water bottles. I'll be interested in your comments - wait do blog history I posted it last December!
