Now my question is why didn't our local paper do this?
ReplyDeleteMore photos would have been nice, and I think the Hearld should do indepth article with a zillion on line photos.
I wanna see everything.

No one brings glass in for winter - Blenko usually survives most all winter weather.
Well, I posted a comment under the name "Land of BLENKO." That is the name I use when posting on the Charleston Gazette. You never know when a google search will pull up "Land of BLENKO" during someone's search!
ReplyDeleteMargie Hale, I assumed you lived in Charleston. I am so impressed that you actually live in Connecticut and that you have driven down for Blenko events.
Have a good week all.

P.S. Although people do not bring their Blenko inside for the winter, I do recall everyone talking about cleaning their outside glass. Glass needs LIGHT and dirt, mud, and spatters, detract from LIGHT!
Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteBlenko 's #1 advocate,
ReplyDeleteyou certainly do generate the newsprint for this company.
Have you given any thought to seeking funds from the groups I mentioned?

ReplyDeleteMy parents are often 'washing' their outside glass - couple times each year.

While I 'thank you' for the contact, she was more interested in ME and my volunteer work than in BLENKO - I don't need any more publicity. I'd like just to promote BLENKO and WV Glass.
