Texas Trade Center Dallas - Blenko Glass Part 1

If you are looking for a reason to visit TEXAS make that DALLAS Texas. Larry from Serenity Glass is sending a dozen photos that will be tempting you to take that trip. I'm a JFK buff so I'd love a trip to Dallas for multiple reasons, glass is very near the top! The photos are beautiful and we'll publish them for the next 2 or 3 days - unless blogger acts up - and you (as has been the case recently) get 3 post a day. hjh





















Hillary; In response to the question as to why Texas has so much BLENKO.I was at the World Trade Center in Dallas yesterday. Hear is a sampling ot the BLENKO display at Donald Mc Evoy and Associates showroom, Blenko has been displayed here for many years. Retailers from all over the southwest are able to see a nice variety of Blenko. Attached are some photos to use ifyou wish.ps not my normal quality, bad lighting and not much tim to re arrange.     Rita; I sent an email to Tim and Karin yesterday. I will update everyone as soon as I know more about the collectors. Get a group together and come to TX we will make you welcome. Remember the Dallas area is one of Rick Blenko's favorite places.

    Sol; Donald McEvoy and associates on the 2nd floor of the World Trade Center have had a permanent display of BLENKO for many years. This is a large showroom with many lines, The Blenko Glass is now located in the center far away from any windows. Easy to miss.
