Reagan Vase

I saw this on ebay and also at the Blenko Showin Charleston at the Cultural Center, can you check to see why the WV Cultural Center is selling this item? It is the Ronald Regan Vase sgined to Nancy Regan by WH Blenko in the 80s.
I'll look for the answer.

    The owner of this items said it was not at the Cultural Center and she purchased from the Estate of a Blenko worker.

    My Mom owns the real Reagan vase its 3 pieces and the cener piece is blue and not signed by WH Blenko but it did come from from the Washington event.
    Trust me on this, or else ask your own expert.
