Blenko Glass Cactus - 95-96

Hillary, I'm sending a photo of my blenko glass cactus - see the B sign on the cactus its a gold and red? What can you tell me about it? Is it worth anything?
Amanda
Amanda, Your photo wouldn't upload to Blogger - however, I found on the Blenko Collectors Four ( an excellent Blenko Glass resource web page) a photo of a very similar cactus. The Blenko Collectors Four says " Trey Gott is responsible for this design and the year was 95-96.
Re: Value? The after market for all glass is depressed at this time.

1996? Trey Gott was at Blenko?
    Is this comment a typo?

  4. Trey was at Blenko for a short period of time. He and Matt Carter shared design duties for the 1996 catalog.

  5. Why did Trey Gott stay such a short time?
Is there a designer in house at this time?

    We flew in to Huntington
bought a ton of glass and loved
each and every moment we were in WVa.
Couldn't find the resturant you suggested - but ate at Subway
    and the Mexican joint.
Found no place for a mixed drink? Is the whole state dry?
Next visit I'll plan for this.

  7. Are you going away?
    With no word of farewell?
Will there be not a trace left behind?...

  8. Blenko Museum is not Blenko Collector Four.
Blenko Museum is a fantasy museum a front for a vintage glass seller
    and buyer.
The Blenko Four Collector is a group of men and women who have good collections of Blenko and sometimes sell to improve their collection.
    Good information available from both.
