This the first of the photos that I have been holding back. A nice grouping of Husted miniatures that I have collected over the past few months. Several are mis-lists and several are just pieces that I happened upon in our travels. Funny how I tend to find things in the same color for a while. This time it is Sea Green.
From left to right is a CM-3, CM-3, 60-D, CM-4and last a CM-2. All are Husted designs.

Wonderful photos as always, Bruce! Are the first two items on the left actually the same item number, or was that a typo? I know certain pieces would change sometimes, different stoppers and whatnot, but the two seem so radically different in outline.

ReplyDeleteI am basing my identification on pages from the 1954 catalog and the 1955 catalog pages listed on the Blenko Archive web pages. The first one listed and in the photo on the left is the design illustrated in the '55 catalog where the second from the left is listed in the '54 catalog. Confusing but like you mentioned Blenko did make changes. The cm-3 shows up again in the "56 catalog in the same shape as the '55. Please feel free to check my identification and direct me to any other sources you may have since I do try to make sure I am giving out the correct information.
