Blenko Birthday Pictures taken on June 20, 2013 - I

Hillary,

here are pictures from today with pieces being signed and some good conversation.
I have also included a picture of the commerative plate that I did for this piece.  I only made 8, one went to Arlon the other 7 are at Blenko to be sold in the VC.
Hope you enjoy the pics.

  1. Do you have a more clear photo of the plate?
    I've been buying these,
they don't take up so much space.
    Thank You.

  4. Why is Blenko allowing motor homes to be parked on the lot?
Several years ago we were made to park up at the office on a Friday.
Now the motor homes are allowed on the lot.
If you didn't bring your motor home this year - plan next year to bring it - Blenko will provide electrical outlet and place to park near the Visitors Center.
Wonderful news. No more staying at the Camp Grounds 5 miles away, and paying $25 per day.
    Excellent administrative decision.
We'll bring them for the Festival of Glass.
Hillery you should do a post to let others know about this new
    rule.
    I am thrilled.

Hank does do a lot of molds
    and often uses nails screws
and other metal objects to provide surface interest.
    This 2013 piece is beautiful.
If you don't attend you'll regret not getting this one.
I plan to drive up after work.

Do we need to make a reservation for August?

  10. BLENKO IS PROVIDING FREE ELECTRIC HOOK UP AND PARKING SPACES FOR RVs?
WHERE WILL THE OTHER 140 PEOPLE PARK?
I'M THINKING ROOM FOR 10 RVs IN THE PARKING LOT.
    IS THERE ANOTHER BLENKO LOT?
    THIS IS CONFUSING.
    HILLARY PLEASE CLARIFY THIS
    ANNOUNCEMENT.

  12. Selling Blenko is indeed a profitable second business, especially if one has an inside source of materials.

  13. The rv that is in the lot now is running off its own generator as Blenko does not have capability of plugging it in.

I am a subscriber for 10 years, I sent a notice that Blenko Glass is allowing RV to stay on the parking lot for extended visits.
Glad to do this for Blenko.

  15. OK BLENKO ISN'T PROVIDING ELECTRIC
MOST RVs HAVE GENERATORS DON'T THEY?
PLEASE NOTIFY THE RV LIFE THAT ELECTRIC Isn't INCUDED.
    MOUNTAIN RITA
BUT RVs ARE WELCOME FOR EXTENDED STAYS.
    NO MORE FEES FOR PARKING!
