Blenko made an owl book end, I have no knowledge of other owls.

In addition to the bookends you mentioned, Blenko also made an owl paperweight back in the 1970's. See the 1972 catalog on this site. In the early 1970s Blenko made a series of crystal decanters with figural stoppers (fish, ram, etc.) I believe one of the stoppers was an owl. See the 1970 catalog.
Just a thought---use google and type in Blenko owl, then select images. There appears to be a cool vase, a set of bookends, a group of 1,2 or 3 owls designed by Don Shephard, an ashtray, 2 different paperweights and a cheese tray. Google is a search engine, Hillary is a Dentist.
