So cute!!!!Do you know the cost? Can you post a link to his web site when you showcase one of his works?
ReplyDeleteAWESOME
ReplyDeleteNow remind me who is Dave Osburn?
Link plz
ReplyDeleteDid you ask Dave if Lemley was working there? Find out for us.
ReplyDeleteLast year we went to Osburn, if he has started making solid colors I would return.
ReplyDeleteThe quality is superior to other local vendors.
Dave Osburn was an asset to Blenko Glass, much like Jarfly, Shorty and Charlie all were showmen and entertained us during visits to the whole in the wall factory.
ReplyDeleteI recall seeing Shorty and Charlie many times at the State of WV Fair when my boys were young. Shorty let the children blow glass. Hilary you are too young to remember when Blenko took a furance to Fairgrounds. A good number of east coast people return yearly to the State Fair, now a small Weston company has the glass making gig.
Do you know why Blenko stopped?
Seeing the clown, made me recall seeing a clown made by Myers or Husted and offered years ago at the VC. Anyone own one of these?
If so plz send photo.
Also what happen to Jarfly, Charlie and Shorty? Did they join Osburn?

Love the clowns. My step sister use to collect clowns. You know that those little guys make you laugh or smile when you look at them. My heart to the artist who does these little fellows. I will take two of these for my girls .
ReplyDeleteosburn makes solid colors, Jarfly passed away, Shorty is still alive and running around town I don't know about Charlie.
