It is apparent that the Haitian people are facing overwhelming and immediate challenges. Their needs include such basics as food, water, medical assistance and shelter.

You need to be contributing to this cause instead of buying glass for the month of Feb.
I've written to Hilary 9 times about this, I don't expect to ever see it published, but I am certain she cares as she donated. But why not allow every other Blenko glass collector to put up baskets in their office - or blenko glass bowls- for donations.
Don't ignore this need.

I love those vases from The Bronze Look! Your Mom will have to take me there one of these days. Just to look. OHH! You could decorate three rooms from those vases. Lovely, just simply lovely! All three can take you somewhere else. The colors and design are very, very good. I do agree that The OLDER Blenko is better made. Only we do have to give the knew up and running to catch up glass blowers time, to perfect their wares. Haiti, I do what I was taught to do, I pray and leave the outcome up to God. We have enough of our own people in need that have lost jobs and everything, who need medical help and live in tents and drag their kids around in hope of getting a room in some place where you can get out of the weather for free. Have you watched some of those History channel shows? Really! We without insurance who have jobs pay like the devil to doctors when we need medical attention, so why if you got money to give why not set-up a fund for people who have NO insurance to get free medical care. REALLY, need to give, I cannot think of any better way than to help the people of this country first. Sorry! Was raised that you need to be able to take complete care of yourself and then when there is extra you help others.So by all means all I can do is pray for Haiti. The people of my country and state still have needs that NO one cares to give money for. I know I should not think this way only what country would come running to help US. Think about that awhile now. Guess you could say the subject of potitics fires me up and Hillary is working herself to death and needs a vacation before her daughter gets married. It is Monday and I have not comb my hair, what is wrong with anonymous, I sign my name and it is easy does it. Sol I guess this year I will place your vote as a Prince. Only it is afew weeks to Cupid day, things could change. To the lady talking about the sale help in Blenko get use to it. For some strange reason that is the way 75% of the woman are in this area. Sorry to any who read this only if the shoe fits wear it. Well I feel I wrote my book today. If I were the Blenko company I think that I would take a good look at some of the art work being done by the local glass companies, cause who ever the blower or the marker of some of the glass has a love for what they do. My thoughts are they are both wonderful State Universities and we should be proud of both.
Only exception when they play one another - what 2 times a year.
I get email from WVU fans asking why I publish Marshall logo items so often. I can't win with you guys!
