  1. This makes me aware of how much difference color can make.
Designers and photographers and artist probably knew or know this going in.
As a lay person its interesting to see how I am attracted to a form in one color but not attracted to the same form in another color.
Am I weird or do you experience this?

I also reside in Cleveland, I discovered Blenko at the Art Institue. John Nickerson told me about Blenko Glass. He made the people seem as if they were in the room, all colorful, talented, friendly and hard working. The Blenko's themeselves royalty from Enland long ago
he told many stories of his time in West Virginia.
Are any Nickerson designs being discussed?

  7. its an on going problem here.Blenkos shoots itself in the foot every day, then when something happens they go to the public with the poor Blenko ruotine. They will do it again soon unless they get some people to run the place.Dave quit,Rodney got fired,Donnie got fired whos left that knows how to make the glass and run the place? So much discontent in the place its unreal over poor management choises.

  9. Mountain Rita,
We thought this problem had been settled months ago.
In fact I am certain Heart of Glass and The Blenko Project are links from Blenko Home Page.
Ask someone with computer skills for aide.

  10. Suggestion:
Why not have us meet in Texas and visit Bruce's collection.
In 2002 I met a orthopod from Texas with a large Blenko collection if I can find the card, I'll pass along the contact, Texas is a very large state however Blenko is a unique
niche. He may also be a HOG follower.

  11. Anonymous Mya
Nickerson is not collected by anyone in my group.
I own 3 Nickerson items made in 2004 and sold in Aheville gallery.
Much nicer than any Blenko Nickerson.
