Dave Osburn - Owner of Osburn Modern Glass made the difficult decision to close his Milton Glass store front and take a job with Simon Pierce. (http://www.simonpearce.com/)
Osburn says the high cost of fuel, combined with the bad economy are given as reasons for closing.
He doesn't rule out reopening in the future.
There will be NO Osburn Glass Birthday Piece this year! So those lucky folks who bought one of the 50 Osburn Glass WV Birthday Pieces now have a rare Osburn Glass signed and number item.
Simon Pearce - check the website - is a good landing place for one with Osburne's talent and eye for design.
