Watch Gianni Toso and Matthew Urban demonstrate for their Reinterpreting Italian Techniques class at The Studio. This demonstration will offer insight into the class as a whole, which will focus on reinterpreting the glassblowing techniques that defined Italian glass in the modern era, between 1930 and 1960. The class will explore processes such as incalmo, pullegusso, primavera, and merletto.
