Hi my name is Amanda Davis I have a signed vase Richard Blenko 1989 I have looked in the catalogs and I am still unable to identify my piece. I attached photos of it. The purple is not part of the it.
Depending on the height of the vase, I would say it is a 1986 design, #8613. The large one is 24" tall, the medium is 17" tall and the small one 9.5" tall. I don't have a price sheet for 1986, so I can't tell you what it originally sold for. I find it in the catalog for 1986 and 1987, but not later than that. It may be that someone brought the vase to a signing in 1989, and that is when Richard Blenko dated it.
MARK MY WORD RICK BLENKO'S SIGNATURE WILL BECOME THE MOST VALUABLE HE SIGNED FOR MUCH LESS TIME THAN WB WH AND WALTER RICK BLENKO WAS THE FACE OF BLENKO BLENKO BEGAN TO DIE A FAST AND HARD DEATH WHEN HE DEPARTED. MR
MR Many comments here should be deleted. Only an insane person would state Rick B's signature was more valuable thank WH? Or perhaps no signature is valuable, factory glass is factory glass....NO?
This appears to be an 8613L in Crystal. It should be approximately 24" tall. Hope this helps.
