Who Decides When Winter Is Over?

Groundhogs - Shunkss , the folklore encourages one to believe either or both of the creatures can decide.

In Milton, WV. A glass artist Dave Osburn - Osburn Modern Glass has decided Winter Is Over!

To celebrate the end of winter - Dave created these Glass ice cream cones! Limited Edition available now . You may order on line or by phone. Osburn Modern Glass is approx 1 1/2 miles up the road from Blenko Glass. Dave worked at Blenko Glass for more than 20 years, he was Shop Foreman and often designed for Blenko. Several years ago Dave opened his own small factory. Osburn Glass. Check them out!
