We have a plate similar to this that honors the Milton wooden bridges this plate was designed by Phliss something or another of Hurricane we were told. We paid $25 the ceremony was for us an unplanned side trip as we went to Blenko for antique glass. My best guess is this readers plate was also made for an occassion and then sold to raise funds.
