Peacock decanters

Hi Hillary,
Some of my favorite peacock decanters. The tall Myers design #6425 decanter with flame stopper. A Husted design #627L in crackle with flame stopper. Myers #6528S with flame stopper.
Enjoy,
Bruce

Hilary I know you are rejecting all comments, Plz allow this one.
Bruce is Peacock what is commonly called Blenko blue?
They stopped making this correct?
This color is spectacular.
I've seen many examples at Bridgett's home - didn't ask her for the color before I bought blue at the Milton shop. My blue(s) I have 4 different shades are all lacking when compared to this peacock shade.
Do you have info re: years it was produced?
Hillary can you ask them to again make peacock?
Thank you. I return to view comments.

Hi there,

Thanks for sharing this link - but unfortunately it seems to be down? Does anybody here at herald-dispatchblogs04.blogspot.com have a mirror or another source?

Thanks,
John

Blenko will not be making Peacock or the ole orange.
Blenko will not make charcoal, blenko will not make many of the old colors again.
In a reduce cost effort they now make a dozen colors only.

sweetdoc, it is not to save money, they can't make the old colors anymore, it does not cost anymore to make peacock than is does to get cobalt, orange instead of red or yellow. they got rid of all their know how to people, now their paying the price.
