This beautiful glass is number three in the 1980's WVa Blenko Glass series produced and sold to honor WVa 's Statehood.
This vase was sold in the Diamond Department Store - store opened at 10 am, collectors were standing in line before 5 am to purchase. If you arrived after 8am chances you obtained a vase were not good.
This vase cost less than $50 when purchased. Today is valued at $500 to $ 1,100.
