Blenko 5th Annual Festival of Glass Event is here!
Blenko 5th Annual Festival of Glass Event August 3rd and 4th
Hillary the five us traveled from Tenn, Eastern Ky, Utah and Rhode Island for this event. We were united by this blog and inspired to attend. We mentioned the blog to 2 employees yesterday while purchasing glass. Neither knew of the blog? New people? You should ask Blenko to make staff aware of the blog, and to encourage shoppers to partake in the blog activities. Free advertisement is a great gift. Thank you for keeping us informed and answering our questions. We appreciate your help. We're staying in Huntington and driving us daily - we fly out late Sat the most difficult part of visiting Blenko is 'getting to and from' everything other aspect of the trip is delightful. Thank you. Thanks to Blenko for hosting. I do hope their financial problems end, I'm certain they made many tens of thousands of dollars yesterday in sales. Tremendous crowd all buying glass. My husband and I and two friends, Gabe and candi ferguson came to the feastival today from Birmingham Alabama. We got some beautiful mini pink water bottles and took a glassblowing class. The class was so much fun and Blenko was great. We're definately coming back next year! Thanks to everyone at Blenko for a great day!
Successful Blenko must have paid off the creditors this is the 5th year of Festival and a couple dozen warehouse sales all very profitable Good work and kudos to management at Blenko. Peter M
Wayne Husted was not at Blenko. Large ones are not being made, we ask at the VC. Many old friends were here, great weekend. Vice President Katie Trippe ( Iowa Public TV presenter) and Walter Blenko were there. It is amazing that Trippe with just five years of business experience has kept Blenko from failing. The Blenko Co should be so proud of her efforts and her success. We heard her on the local WV TV say Blenko is doing great and is now very profitable. No matter what they pay her she deserves more for this effort. Tonya Ferguson
To the person writing about Chapter 11 You obviously know nothing. I heard Katie say on TV and in person, Blenko is paying the bills and is profitable. She is working 24 / 7 to ensure Blenko remains successful. Non english blood is a good thing in this situation. Success has come to Blenko. If you havent been paid re send the bill.
