The same weekend we left the painting behind we did bring home a floorboard full of Blenko from West Texas where we were visiting Kayla at her new college home WTAMU in Canyon Texas.The group below covers more than five designers and over fifty years of Blenko designs from the Pre-designer vases on the left to the tall Don Shepherd designed Blue topped Mountain vase in Crystal in the back. You have a Husted designed Amberina decanter and Nickerson Crystal canister with a nice Anderson designed Blenko fish in front with a modern design of the older pinched vase bringing up the rear on the right. All but two of these were under twenty dollars with the fish costing me only six that day. As we like to say here in Vashti, the fishing was gooood!
