Amy, Each item is different and price is determined by color, size, desirability and in the case of the WVA Birthday Vase ( only because they are a part of a greater collection.
IF signing is available, I always get my glass signed. For almost a decade Blenko has been able to sandblast signatures - so now you can have any Blenko signed (sandblasted) for $10. On line purchases also are eligible for signature.
For gifts I always get a signature. If possible have the artist sign along with the Blenko Family.
