According to the Blenko Collectors Four it is not. This item (see photo) is the only design made in Alpine. The bowl in your photo is Viking Glass and not Blenko or Alpine. If it were Alpine and Blenko It would be valuable.

This item is available only on 2nd market. Try Blenko Museum shop or ebay. I might recommend contacting Damon at Blenko Museum to ask if he might help you.
I would think this might be a very costly item.
This is the most beautiful blenko color why discontinue?
