Hi Hillary,
A nice grouping of Joel Phillip Myers Specialty Line pieces. I do not have the numbers for these designs. Maybe one of our more scholarly readers will be able to assist.
Enjoy

Bruce, While I don't know the #s I do know two very similar pieces were owned by Governor Arch Moore a gift from Blenko Glass. Another vase similar to those in photo is on display at Blenko Glass - a gift from WH Blenko.
Can you help Bruce ID these pieces?

at www.blenkoarchive.org, at least one of them is shown in the JPM section as special commission, with no number. Steve
In the auspicious occasion of Rath Yatra (Chariot festival), like to wish you very happy and prosperous life; may the blessings of Jagannath, Balaram and Subhadra shine upon you on this holy festival of our religion.
We bought a vase similar to the middle one from the estate sale of Gov Underwood. The story that came with it is it was created as one of 5 for the admministration by JPM and was a gift.
Bruce my question is
how did you obtain the three?
beautiful
where did you find these Bruce
and how did you know them to be Blenko?

MOUNTAIN RITA
Hello,
These pieces were a special limited edition and I don't think they were ever given a catalog number although I am not certain. We own 3 of these including the one given to former governor Arch Moore. Gov. Moore left the piece in his office at the end of his term. A state trooper returned it to Blenko where it came into the posession of Red Powers. We bought it from Red.

PS. Mt. Rita, I sent a picture of my vases to this blog a couple of years ago. That's where you probably remember them from.
