I own a total of 72 pieces by Anderson at Blenko.
22 are signed - its difficult to have Winslow sign a glass - it must be perfect.
Many beers and long discussion at the VFW lead to my getting some but not nearly all signed.
Your signature looks very much like the signature on my glass.
Winslow Anderson was a visionary.

If you know your blenko history and Winslow history. Winslow came to blenko from Alfred University with a background in ceramics. After leaving Blenko he became design director for Lennox China and eventually retired from Lennox. I can't confirm that this piece is Winslows but if it is a lennox piece it could be linked back to to Winslow and possibly one of his designs.

Someone should ask Crain he knew Winslow best.

Maggie the handwriting expert may want to invest in glasses.
Winslow stopped making ceramics when he went to Blenko in 1947. This piece is 1980's (after Winslow had retired from Lenox too) and looks nothing like the earthenware pieces he made prior to Blenko. The owner of this piece is just fishing cluelessly for people to entertain their wild guess. How many hundreds of ceramicists had a last name of Anderson?

I'll let you know what they say.

Re: Winslow never making ceramics after leaving Blenko.
I purchased his kiln and wheel from the estate a few years ago.
Given the number of items in the same room I would guess he did ceramics after leaving Lennox.
Perhaps not for commercial
The photo doesn't look like anything we've seen Winslow make.
However he did make ceramics after Lennox
