Blenko - Variations Designed by Husted

Wayne Husted returned to Blenko Glass  to create a series entitled  Variations.     Variations was a series of water bottles - each unique - all designed by Husted.   There were twelve in total.
Each subscription was for 3.   They were made quarterly.   In total less than 50 subscriptions were sold.
The Blenko Project now has photos of the entire Variations collection - which we ( Dr V) plans to add to the website  www.blenkoproject.org   however,  prior to adding these vases we need
to identify the vases.

We need to know what more about the series - what 3 vases constitute a set?   Base information.
 We have been told four additional vases were made -- these were a variation of the basic 12 / altered only by color .  If you have information  please share your knowledge.

Blenko Project needs your assistance in properly labeling the 12 vases that make up the Variations by Husted.
