Each of the five people who sent photos included one or two of Richard Blenko.BLENKO was the focus of this evening. We all should be so very proud of the magnificent effort the Commissioner and his Staff put forth to make this event so very nice. It's a pleasure to live in a small state where everyone is so kind, and we have a Governor who supports education, the arts and business.
