The 1997 is one of my favorite WV Birthday Vase prior to Bayliss. It is a simple crackle glass vase with the State Colors - blue & gold on the rim. Not a difficult to find vase. Prices vary from $400 to $600. Good Luck! hjh

Not so inspiring for $400
May not be inspiring but if you want the entire collection you will pay between 4 and 7 for this little jewel.
BTW I got mine for $375 it was a steal.
