Blog Friends:
I’ve just packaged the second order of fifteen cards (three red, two each orange, green, turquoise, blue, purple and brown – you’re going to LOVE the brown!) to send to Blenko tomorrow. I’m hoping Blenko will have them for the WV anniversary on the 19th. They will be $15.00 each in the Visitors Center. I will also be selling them in my Etsy shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/
bottle cards listed right now, plus a couple of other non-Blenko cards, and will be making more soon. Thanks for everyone’s interest!

Diane,
Your cards are framed and hanging near a shelf of Blenko.

Just an FYI, I got USPS confirmation that the package of cards was delivered to Blenko. Also, I had a die-cutter made that will allow me to cut out the bottle shape much more easily. It took me one whole day to cut out the fifteen by hand, so if I can cut fifteen in a few seconds, it will be a big plus. When I get more in the Etsy store, I will let Hillary know. Again, thanks to the blog friends for their interest!

Am I the only person to think the stopper was made in a weird way
there is no top it will collect dust, was this design or a technical error?

Hillary,
You should have a total of 5 emails from me regarding the BD glass at Blenko and the Osburn. Take a look and post them when you get a chance.
B,
I obtained #12 for us, same as last yr. It was a great experience going back there. Also, The Osburn's glass is incredible also. I bought couple of pieces and reserved #3 BD piece for you in-case you want to make that call.
Diane,
I am not sure if I mentioned, that I got the card sometime before. They are beautiful and needless to say, B and I will use these for very special occassions.
Gina,
I can't speak for Arlon Bayliss, but I think that the design is exaclty the way he meant for it to be.
Yes, it will collect dust, just as many other glass designs collect dust. The stopper is similar to Wayne Husted's 6027 "shot glass decanter" and his 5937 "sipper decanter." Both have the open funnel type design and are very popular among collectors.
I saw no cards.
