I am looking to see if anyone can help me identify the year that this Blenko vase or decanter was made.
I have looked at numerous websites and hundreds of photos and have not been able to find this piece.

This is a Blenko #6215 in Tangerine. This design appeared in the 62-64 catalogs. This is a Wayne Husted design.

I should have also stated that this decanter should have a flame stopper making the piece top out at 17" tall.
