Gianni Toso & Matthew Urban - Reinterpreting Italian Techniques

Gianni Toso and Matthew Urban demonstrate for their Reinterpreting Italian Techniques class at The Studio. This demonstration will offer insight into the class as a whole, which will focus on reinterpreting the glassblowing techniques that defined Italian glass in the modern era, between 1930 and 1960. The class will explore processes such as incalmo, pullegusso, primavera, and merletto.

Guys we started making the yearly trip to Weston in 2008 after one of Glassdocs post.
Wonderful quaint little village - Weston, WVa.
Also stop by Appalachain Glass
and Ron Hinkle Glass while in the area.
I'm now also a Hinkle fan.
