You know the designer and the blower ( who now owns Osburn Modern Glass in Milton a very successful new glass house) the vase is signed by Rick Blenko who left Blenko Glass a few years ago
I would think in time such a beautiful vase would increase in value. Hold on until the economy returns to normal. Very little should be sold in this economy
save for gold.
I don't sell glass but my guess is with the documentation you have the value would be 2X or more what you paid.

There are a few problems with this post.

The vase pictured is not the Azure 2000 piece. The pictured vase is a 9907L in cobalt with a topaz snake. Cobalt is a darker blue than azure.

Are you sure that it is only 10" tall? I am going from memory as I don't have my catalogs with me, but a 9907L was designed to be around 11 1/2" tall and a 9907S was to be around 7 1/2" tall.

The 9907L in cobalt and topaz was a PBS piece from the 2000 pledge campaign for several states. The vase was signed by Rick Blenko. If memory serves me correct, the PBS piece was offered for a $250 pledge. The same piece, unsigned, was offered as a first quality in the catalog and as a second in the VC.

The vase pictured on the Azure 2000 brochure is a 8310S. The 8310, I call it a Chinese vase, was designed in three sizes. Again from memory, the 8310S was to be around 10" tall, the 8310M was to be around 16" tall and the 8310L was around 24" tall.

Paper products have value on their own. Her paper products would have value also, would they not?

your # number is the telephone number of Blenko Glass.
Could this be a second sold at the VC? Or a display?
