Can we Help identify this pitcher?

Readers:  Can we Help identify this pitcher?
Hi Hillary,

It looks on your blog like you are a very busy person, so thanks for reading this!

I was given a beautiful blue 5 ½” Blenko crackeled glass pitcher in 1977 as a wedding gift.
I’m now trying to find out more about it, such as when it was produced, and maybe a guess at a current value.
I want to give it as a gift to the Granddaughter of the lady that gave it to me.
I’ve attached a photo.

I’ve looked at the catalogs on the blenkoproject.org (I saw a similar photo in ’74 – maybe # 3750L, and also ’71 # 6916? – BUT it is almost impossible to read the font & it won’t zoom in), e-mailed Blenko (they say they don’t have the employees available to answer me), asked on Facebook – someone said to contact you, looked on e-bay, done other searches, etc.

Thanks for any help,

CC

I had a similar problem with the catalogs.
Hilary why not make them private and large and ask people to join and sign in to see the catalogs?
Just a thought.
I adore this pitcher reminds me of the Kool Aide commerical pitcher from my childhood.

What a wonderful gift idea

Hi

Your piece is a 3750L in Turquoise crackle. Although I am sure it has great sentimental value to you as a gift from a friend, it has little collector value since they are quite common. These sale routinely on eBay or in local antique malls for under $30.

hello,
please visit the catalogs now. I have uploaded high resolution PDFs in the best quality I have. There are still some that are of poor quality, but thats the quality I have. If any one of the readers has a better quality, please send it to theblenkoproject@aol.com so I can upload them on website.
Thanks,
V

I'm certain the granddaughter will be delighted to have this vintage Blenko pitcher that her relative purchased so long ago.
Very thought of you.
We all should be gifting our glass instead or hoarding, and allow others to enjoy in our life time.

BTW I'd charge $50 to $75 for this pitcher in my shop

Why not make people sign in to use your catalogs
and then do in very high resolution but prevent copying, the blenko museum and vintage glass has done this for years.
