A CHRISTMAS CARD FROM WVJANIS
Here is a Christmas Card to share with my friends at Heart of Glass. Everything in this photo was purchased in WV. Most of the glass was made in WV. I love the way the deer [made in Japan] are peeking around the Fenton and L.E. Smith vases.
As the year comes to a close, we can be thankful that Blenko is still blowing glass, the Museum of American Glass and the Marble Museum are both located in West Virginia. We can be thankful that West Virginia's economy has suffered less than the economy of many states. Reading about the glassworkers was enjoyable.I've enjoyed learning about Bruce's fabulous finds. Seeing the artwork of Elizabeth Steinbach was delightful. It seems like you've picked up some new readers. I hope your blog continues to grow in positive directions.
Happy Holidays anyone who celebrates anything this time of year!
