Heart of Glass - Blenko Glass

Blenko Glass is a West Virginia treasure that spans generations. Nothing symbolizes the state of West Virginia better or more beautifully than Blenko Glass. We will discuss current and former craftsmen and designers and how important it is that Blenko and West Virginia glass be appreciated and valued by the younger generation.

Reader is Downsizing Her Fenton Collection

Hillary,
As a blenko and wv glass colllector I am now downsizing. If other readers would be interested in any of these pieces I would love to see them find a good home.

Here are some pics of the Silver Crest Spanish Lace Fenton that was discontinued in the 70's. I have 17 pieces and would like to sell all as a set.
I have photos of all 17 items.
I read the blog every other day.

Thank You
Kellie

I dont know about others but Bridgett would get excited looking at these pictures and the excellent condition of the 70's Fenton. They look great. Why cant Blenko anything in opaque for a change? I never saw anything in opaque by blenko, always transparent...anyone observed that? Have you Bridgett?

Would you like to sell them seperately or as a whole set? Is there a price list? Can you please email Hillary so she can email me?

Hi,
I have owned this Silver Crest Spanish Lace since the 70's and would like to sell it as a set. I believe 850.00 is a fair price since the lamp alone sells for 400.00 (it is hard to find). I am open to suggestions. I can provide a list of all pieces along with dimensions and more pics if interested. Let me know if I can answer any other questions!
Thank You,
Kellie
