Readers Question

Oh Serena - I don't do quick. Let us see what the readers have to say. My thoughts are the pale green (seabreeze perhaps?) is a different design.
Cost? What are you willing to pay?

See this photo and description?

Blenko 2 piece epergene #6830, Olive Green with Turquoise trim. Designed by Joel Myers in 1968. Measures 15 inches tall to the top of the ruffled center and 15 and 1/2 inches wide.

Well my qustion is did Blenko make this in other colors and other years
and how much should one cost?
I think I found this in a pale green no trim but don't know if its the same.
Help and can you do this quickly?

Did the pale one have the added
glass in a different color? Is it the same size? I think not.
I also have 3 of the smaller ones, I was told they were made by Winslow.
Mine are seabreeze, ruby and a yellow color.
You can ask Tammy Kosla from Blenko these questions she is great for answers to blenko questions.

Planning a flight to WV for June 20th also I would like to schedule a flight for the BCS. Can someone tell me when this meeting is in 2009? Getting a reduced price is only available if I book in advance.
Need to know dates for Blenko Collectors group meeting for 2009?

No one is responding to my comments or my questions. Why?

These appear in the 1968 and 1969 catalogs (although they may have been made in later years as well). They were offered in six different color combinations. I have only seen 3 of these although I wouldn't say that makes them rare. I understand that they were not a popular item. 2 of them were the olive and turquoise as shown, the other was lemon and tangerine. The last one I saw sold at auction for about $150 and it was in perfect condition.
