Trying to identify this decorative glassware



I know they are at least around 20 years old but thinking older than that. there are no markngs. the way the pontils are indicate hand blown. The carafe is 26" and the goblets are 17" and 14" tall.

can you help me?

Cindy I own a set of these
and the story I got from the seller is they were made in WV
in Huntington WV.
Don't recall the name of the factory but they were factory glass.
We bought 8 wine glasses and a decanter for $170.
