Heart of Glass - Blenko Glass

Blenko Glass is a West Virginia treasure that spans generations. Nothing symbolizes the state of West Virginia better or more beautifully than Blenko Glass. We will discuss current and former craftsmen and designers and how important it is that Blenko and West Virginia glass be appreciated and valued by the younger generation.

Blenko and DVM Chiropractic Medicine

Lucky is the FLUFF (dog or cat) who has a BLENKO GLASS food and water bowl. For a few extra dollars your pets name can be etched into the bowl. GREAT HOLIDAY GIFT for your pet, or a pet loving friend.
http://www.blenkoglass.com/, Ms. B (blenko) has used exclusively BLENKO for her meals since she came to live in Morgantown three years ago. It's heavy, not easily moved, easy to clean - I toss it in the dishwasher weekly.

At a recent BICHON CLUB http://www.bichonfrise.com/ Dr Livolsi a DVM who uses chirpratic methods on dogs and cats gave a lecture. http://www.dr.dinalivolsi.com/ .

She will be holding workshops this week at the Fox Run Equine Center off of Route 380 in Murrysville on Wednesday night and next Saturday morning on Canine Massage. YOU get to work with YOUR dog! It is a two hour workshop and she give individual attention. There is a minimum of 10 participants with a maximum of 12 per class. The cost is $50.00 for if preregistered. I am attaching the form here. For further info you can call her at 412-824-6276.
This is about 4 hour drive from Huntington / Charleston / and 45 minutes from Morgantown. Make a day trip, visit the Heinz Hall exhibits, do the Massage workshop, go over to see the BLENKO Glass at Carnegie Mellon, have lunch at Tamadori's and then return home.

I want this dog. Checked ot SPR small paw rescue nothing that appears to be a Ms B is listed.
If you breed her count me as a customer for 2 of the puppies.

Seeing your puppy makes me miss my own.
Today I did buy blenko bowls and ask that they be engraved. My local shop had only 3 colors available, is there a better place?
On line at the Blenko website I didn't see any.

Is this animal a specific bred of bichon?
Question are the dogs all related?
What is the name of the rescue group your family runs?

Hi
I did change the photo - Ms B's contract states if she 'must' be a part of the blog - the photos should be flattering.
Check out small paws rescue - over 250 Bichon need homes.

Ms B (don't tell her this) didn't look as she does now, when she came into rescue. She is a high maintenace lady. Any Bichon can look great - with love, time, and devotion (same with people isn't it?).

Yesterday I bought 6 bowls from Blenko Glass for our animals the lady didn't know about engraving their names. Where do I go for this?

A Touch of Glass in Hurricane, WV(http://www.westvirginiaglass.com/) frequently does engraving for Blenko, and always does the highest quality work! I would recommend them for your dog bowls, or any other engraving needs.

Ms B is one lucky lady.
How is her eye?

She occasionally has a small amount of dryness, but otherwise her eye looks and is functioning wonderfully.
