This photo is from our friend Bruce S of Texas.

A half dozen of you wrote to ask Bruce about this photo, his response:
This picture is of some earlier Blenko pieces, a 919C cruet in Chartreuse beside a great find I stumbled across on Ebay last month, a #56 vase from the '30's in Cobalt. I had actually seen this piece listed in late December and thought I had seen it in my Eason Eige reference book. The auction was ending in less than five minutes when I ran across the piece originally and I could not find it in the reference. After the auction ended, I stumbled across the page from the old catalog that showed it. I had not saved it to my watch page so I couldn't contact the listing party so I just hoped it might come up again. It did, so I quickly added it my predesigner collection. The cobalt #56 piece is 8" tall.
Enjoy

Thank you bruce
this classic design was
pre ddesigner?
Totally awesome.
Colors next to one another on the color wheel look best in photos. Great job once again Mr. Bruce.
8 inch wow adds a total new dimension to the photo I assumed it was large vase.
They do sale the stoppers seperate also. All you have to do is find the right one. I need to get one for the top of my lamp.Rita that is a WOW, for an handle or a stopper can be added to most anything. Well how much snow did everyone get. Kate got 34 inches in Winchester VA. My sister Tonya got her car hit by a firman who had know stopping power until his car found her car parked on the street. They got ice under all the snow also. I can image Charlestown.Usually they pile all the snow along side the street or in the middle of the downtown area. Its a real mess. They could load the snow up on trucks and haul it somewhere else. They got as much snow as Kate got. It took Billy, son-in-law two hours to drive a fifty minute drive on route seven four lanes. I stayed home, state of emergency. The interstate along cabin creek was almost bare except for afew freight hallers. Guess everyone was infear of going out.Good job to the governor, for it gave everyone family at home time and the roads got treated better also. The news said he was heading to the snow hit counties today and one is Jefferson. Maybe he will help then not pile the snow in the middle of the road. I like that green punch bowl set, Just trying to figure what size and shape cabinet it would take to show this off. What does everyone think of WVU Basketball? Where did SOL go? Canada! The Winter Games? Out of the country is why I guessed that. I have to call this dentist today, not Hillary, wish it was, he filled my tooth and I think He left aplace where food gets stuck, which means he will have to refix. BOO! I am not crazy about being num four hours and some miracle needs to happen so Hillary can pratice in Charleston. I need her! Finding a good dentist after Hillary is I am finding impossible.
More snow and ice is heading our way, Boo also. I need warm weather. Five weeks to go. I just realized that Valentines day is on Sunday! Guess I will cook one of Rog's favorite dishes going out to eat will be impossible and I perfer my own cooking. Does Blenko make the glass candy that looks real? I know they make the chocoate kisses, only these glass candies are like hard candy with wrappers on them and come in different colors. Look real good in an open candy dish. Well hope and pray everyone is getting shoveled out who got snow. I feel we here in Kanawha County need to worry about the MUD. Unless you live up on a hill. God Bless, Roxie
Someone mentioned getting together
Hilary
lets consider this, if the Blenko Collecors is not a group can we restart?
We probably 100+ of us meet here daily, we could meet in person and organize.
The ball is in your court, start to organize this.
