Randy Rider - Master Craftsman - Blenko Glass

Hills, Saw yesterdays post about the perfume bottle, my question is who is Randy Rider? New designer? From where? More info please.

Randy Rider - Master Craftsman
Years Worked: 28 years on October 17th, 2008.
Positions Held: Everything for Carry-in boy to Production Supervisor
Current Position: Production Supervisor/ Finisher
Randy is married and has 2 children, one of which is employed at Blenko. Randy was raised in Ona, WV and attended high school in Milton, WV.
Randy enjoys working on special projects and likes to push the limits by experimenting on new works of art. Randy would like to one day be mentioned along side the most well noted artisans that Blenko has had.

Well, WELL! I see Glenn has managed to catch everyone's atention. Nice cubie! I had heard that Glen is an artist, just exactly what kind? Curious mind and all that. That is a wonderful picture of you and that is how you looked after pulling my teeth. Big smile and all.I got a cold/sinus something. YUK! Have new flower bulbs to plant, now is the time. So that is Mr. Randy, seen him several times down at Blenko. Normal kind of guy. Glad WV is not playing this weekend, they need to practice. Well this is the time of year to get outside and enjoy the colors and the nice humid weather. Fall festivals are everywhere and someone just might have some Blenko for sale. My thoughts are one should buy only what they like and want to live with.
I own several vases made and signed by Randy Rider and I would like very much to own many more.
Randy Rider, Les Womack, Jessie Carpenter, Shorty Finley items made by these gentlemen are usually very special. HJH
