4 Days Until V-Day CALL BLENKO GLASS -

Valentine's Day - BLENKO GLASS has you covered ! Drop by or give them a call!

Saint Valentine's Day, Valentine's. Call it what you like - romantic fools - will be celebrating in many countries, cultural differences aren't so significant on this day of the heart!
Love and affection celebrated between lovers
If you haven't been shopping - its not too late, the least expensive is sending a greeting card ( note postage continue to increase - you might want to hand deliver the card) . . .greeting cards are recommended for co workers, level 2 friends, the lady who cleans for you, the 'girl' who takes special care of your dry cleaning, the handyman at your apartment complex, the secretary who allows for your 2 hour lunch etc.

The next level is 'gifts' and this one is touchy and I feel totally inadequate to give suggestion, other than check out the Blenko Glass http://www.blenkoglass.com/ website or phone 304 743 9081. It may be too late to guarantee deliver before Feb 14th but I'll bet Katie or one of the Blenko Ladies will include a card or make a call to say the 'wonderful gift' is on the way! It was delayed - not due to your tardiness but because it was handcrafted in West Virginia especially for your loved one!

Sending greeting cards and gifts, dating
Saint Valentine's Day[1] (commonly shortened to Valentine's Day[1][2][3]) is an annual holiday held on February 14 celebrating love and affection between intimate companions.[1][3] The holiday is named after one or more early Christian martyrs named Valentine and was established by Pope Gelasius I in 496 AD. It is traditionally a day on which lovers express their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending greeting cards (known as "valentines"). The holiday first became associated with romantic love in the circle of Geoffrey Chaucer in the High Middle Ages, when the tradition of courtly love flourished.
Modern Valentine's Day symbols include the heart-shaped outline, doves, and the figure of the winged Cupid. Since the 19th century, handwritten valentines have largely given way to mass-produced greeting cards.[4]
