Festival? what kind? Would there be a lot of glass display? Is there a venue? Should I assume Milton be the place?

This is a yearly event, it is actually a new festival (year #3)
my guess is you will grow tired of hearing Dr H. write about the event.
Always in Milton.

Several people weren't aware of the Festival of Glass.
In January I'll begin monthly to speak about this event.
