Sue; One of the largest misconceptions about Fostoria is that they only made the American Pattern in crystal. The American Pattern was introduced in 1915 and was in constant production until the closing of the factory in 1986. This was the larges selling and most collected of all American handmade glass patterns. In reality Fostoria was the larges manufacture of American glassware with thousands of variations of pressed ,blown, etched, cut, painted and otherwise decorated glassware from the very simple to very elegant in a wide variety of colors. Contact me and I will send you a listing of resource material, to see some of their works. Thanks Larry from TX
