Heart of Glass - Blenko Glass

Blenko Glass is a West Virginia treasure that spans generations. Nothing symbolizes the state of West Virginia better or more beautifully than Blenko Glass. We will discuss current and former craftsmen and designers and how important it is that Blenko and West Virginia glass be appreciated and valued by the younger generation.

Kissin Kate's Antique

i Hillary and All,
Thank you for your inquiry as to the status of our store! I am happy to report that "Kissin Kate's" is open for business! We have just updated our website with all new pictures and our summer hours and contact information. You can check out our store and a sample of our items for purchase at:
We recently noticed an inquiry about Dave Osburn's Modern Glass. Dave keeps a nice selection of his glass at our store for people who just want to make a quick stop off I-64. Dave's glass is beautiful and unique, and very reasonably priced. We sell glass for Dave at the same price that it is for sale in his studio.
We are looking forward to Blenko's Festival in August. Tim has signed up for several classes so be sure and say "Hi"! I am going to keep "KIssin Kate's" open for those who want to swing by. We are just one exit east of Milton. Direction from I-64 are on our website. It's easy!
I hope you all have a wonderful time and I look forward to catching up with everyone! Linda King

Last night I bought a waterbottle, dark blue that is engraved
The Blenko Project
how much is this worth? How many were produced? Mine is signed by You.
I gave the estate sale $35 - 15 less than they were asking and departed with my one of a kind water bottle.

My wife has your address and phone number.
We have seen only the outside and sneaked a peak inside from the window.
Next time we will call before we come.
Hilary I check and Blenko has not added the link.

There were 32 of the Blenko Project water bottles. The value would not exceed $50 - the original price. In my view this would not be a collectors item.
I'll ask Tammy Kosla but I don't think the value will be increasing.

Hi Dr. Bob,
I am so sorry we were closed when you stopped by! We have just added an employee and are striving to be open 10-5 Tues - Sat.
However, we will be moving our daughter Kate into the dorm for her first year of college and expect we might miss a day around the third week of August.
I look forward to meeting you!
